Why QAT IT Staffing?

THE CULTURE OF QAT
QAT is built around a very interactive management structure. Our goal is to keep management focused on running the business and not adhering to a managerial hierarchy. We believe this provides a culture of synergy where employees have an opportunity to work with management and vice versa. Although we have policies and procedures in place to provide consistency amongst our staff we try and manage by doing what “Feels Right”. The flattening of the management hierarchy puts more responsibility on our employees for innovation. QAT has a "Royalty Program" to encourage and reward innovative ideas from our employees. If an employee develops an idea for a new technical product or service that QAT can market, the employee is eligible to receive royalty payments on our sales. The fostering of innovation from all levels within our organization is just one fundamental value that is critical to our success and culture.
