US State Government
A state government utilized the staffing services of QAT as a prime contractor for approximately three years. Onsite QAT resources expended 36 months staff per year at rates competitive with other upper mid-west state and local governments.

The similarities and experiences learned while assisting in the building and maintenance of State Human Services Systems and the Department of Transportation enhanced the business knowledge all the staff of QAT may provide alternate clients.

The QAT team consisted of our Vice-President of Operations, Sales Representative, Human Resources and Benefits Manager and Accounts Receivable Manager.
Large Railroad Corporation
QAT provided a large railroad corporation specific skills that are salient, requested and important to the proposed effort. This commercial client utilized the staffing services of QAT since 1995. Onsite QAT resources have expended anywhere from 150 to 170 staff months per year during the engagement. Our onsite staff performed the full life-cycle of System’s Development through Implementation and Maintenance of many applications for the client. The vast majority of QAT staff were kept indefinitely under terms of 12 month contracts.
